The service from these guys was excellent, hence why I bought from them rather than anyone else. The engraving looked just how I wanted it when the pen arrived and it writes really well - just a shame I bought it as a present, as I wanted to keep it for myself!

I bought this as a retirement gift for one of my colleagues who I have worked with for many years. He always mentioned how parker pens were his favourite and he had never been able to find ones that were better writers than parker pens.
